trigger an alert for NAN or 0 value

Hi,

This is an old story but it is working for me. I need a support please.

I download and configured windows services monitoring template, output will be 0 for stopped service & 1 for running service. Graph is working but the threshold is not trigger since it is a NAN value. how to trigger the threshold ?

threshold setting:

Can you see if there is a feature request for this one? If not, log it on github.com. At some point this fall, I'll be re-visiting Thold. Summer time now.

Actually we need to monitor some critical services in windows, we need to receive an alert for stopped or down services.
