I think I gave you all information. You only need find correct snmp OID with temperature for your switch. It could be here:
https://community.cisco.com/t5/network- ... d-p/709878
Then create generic snmp OID graph. You don't need create any new template

thankyou sir,
after that, is it true that I only need to add the OID in template > data source > Generic OID Template?

1) add your switch to cacti with correct snmp credentials
2) create -> new graphs -> select your device -> New graph template -> select SNMP - Generic OID Template -> create -> Insert correct OID, you can change here color, title....

It is all

halo sir

Sorry in advance, I want to ask again, if the checking results are like this, can it not be monitored or is there no OID or is the OID code wrong? If the oid is wrong, where can I find out?

iso.3.6.1.4.1.9.9.13.1.3.1.3 = No Such Object available on this agent at this OID

It seems that your device doesn't support this oid.

Device can use any vendor specific SNMP MIB or any common MIB (like if-MIB, UCD-MIB...).
Device may not have temperature information is snmp even if display temperature in www management, ...
We don't know it.

1) Try find solution here in forums
2) Try download correct snmp mib for your device and try to find there correct oid.
You can use any online snmp tool like https://mibbrowser.online/mibdb_search.php
