Error SNMP

Hi, I'm new in Cacti, and I have a problem about SNMP. I tried to fix with some methods but still the same.

The problem in picture here: "System snmp error - snmp::get(): no response from 127.0.0.1"

I set up a new Window 10 Virtual Machine with VirtualBox. Only download Cacti, run normally until creating new device step. I configured and turned on SNMP service in my Window. It is still running when this error happen.

What is that mean? And how can I fix this?

Likely there is a firewall blocking the SNMP port on the destination device, or the service is down/disable/uninstalled.

MdeT251, have you specified community and allowed hosts under SNMP service?
